SPICE MARKET MELBOURNE

The Lavish Spice Market takes its inspiration from the ancient Spice Route travelled by traders of old, and has been exquisitely furnished to reflect this famous journey from Asia Minor through to the Far East. Honoring Melbourne Tradition of lane ways and discovery, Spice Market is entered from Beaney lane, off Russell Street, adjacent to the grand Hyatt Melbourne.

Spice Market captures the essence of the Middle East and Mediterranean with a mezze style menu that reflects the heritage of the fabled Spice Route and faetures dishes with a distinctive Oriental flavour. The Markets is a bar and not a restaurant, they do not accept dinner reservations.

I went to support Roc Landers djing at the Melbourne Fashion Show at the Spice Market Venue.
The venue was suitable to the event.

Roc didn't dj til after the event, where the reall party began as people started dancing and having the times of their lives.
The venue was really crowded, there were certain areas where it got so hot, and others areas where it was much cooler and less crowded.

I reckon the venue needs more space...especially if its running a fashion show surely it will be over crowded. Others may say its big enough to fit such an enormous crowd, but my opinion the venue needs to be bigger!
I enjoyed being at the event...even though half of the time it got boring as we had to wait for models to show off the fashion in between breaks, when people want to have fun and dance around.

I believe the venue is suitable fort acoustic performances and dj's!
